Rancagua

Also Rancagua is the station for the Baths of Cauquenes to which there is constant journeying to and fro during the summer season.

Like in Rancagua the samples of merchandise on display in the shops are cloth, ponchos, and drygoods.

We followed this valley till it expanded into a great plain, which reaches from the sea to the mountains west of Rancagua.

In this year 1814, the revolution in Chili was completely crushed by the defeat of the patriots at Rancagua.
