Any of various clinical disorders resulting from infection with the fungus Pseudallescheria boydii that include pulmonary colonization, fungemia, and invasive pneumonitis as well as mycotic keratitis, endophthalmitis, endocarditis, meningitis, sinusitis, brain abscesses, cutaneous and subcutaneous infections, and disseminated systemic infections.
