Pancoast syndrome

A syndrome characterized by pain and tingling of the arm, constriction of the pupil, and paralysis of the elevator muscle of the upper eyelid, caused by pressure on the brachial plexus resulting from invasion of a malignant tumor in the apex of the lung.
