Ford said the tip involved a group of gansters from neighboring Lawton.
“Lawton [Oklahoma] is a hop, skip, and a jump away, and they have had problems with gangs,” Ford said.
Mrs. Lawton ostentatiously lifted her lorgnon, and again the girls exclaimed: "Why, mamma!"
