The endosarc is semifluid and rich in granules mostly “reserve” in nature, often showing proteid or fat reactions.
Within the endosarc note a clear globular spot which contracts and expands, or pulsates, more or less regularly.
The Intracapsular Sarcode (endosarc) or surrounding internal protoplasm.
Note within the endosarc an oval transparent body which shows no pulsations.
