An artery with origin in the external iliac artery, with distribution to the muscles and skin of the lower abdomen, the sartorius muscle, and the tensor muscle of the broad fascia; and with anastomoses to the lumbar, epigastric, gluteal, iliolumbar, and superficial circumflex iliac arteries; deep circumflex iliac arterty.
An artery with origin in the femoral artery, with distribution to inguinal lymph nodes and integument, to the sartorius muscle and the tensor muscle of the broad fascia, and with anastomoses to the deep circumflex iliac artery; superficial circumflex iliac artery.
